Five words, in every classroom

Everything we develop in a child sits inside five pillars. There is no second structure. They are what we plan against, teach against, review against, and what we say to parents.

جاننا

Know

The child understands what is learned and can explain it in his own words — and comes to understand himself: his strengths, interests, weaknesses and how he learns best.

“I understand what I learn, and I understand myself.”
سوچنا

Think

The child asks questions, reasons, evaluates and solves problems. He can say why he believes what he believes.

“I can think for myself.”
کردار

Character

Who the child is when nobody is watching. Honesty, discipline, responsibility, confidence, empathy, resilience, respect.

“I can be trusted, and I can manage myself.”
مہارتیں

Skills

What the child can do with other people and in real situations. Communication, teamwork, decision-making, leadership, handling difficulty.

“I can handle real situations and work with others.”
تخلیق

Create

What the child can make. Using technology and AI to learn, solve and build something that did not exist before — and beginning to build a direction for his own future.

“I can build something, and I know where I am going.”

Character is inside the person. Skills are between people. Create is with tools.

A lesson begins with a question, not with “open page 43”.

Two schools, one belief

Both develop all five pillars. They do not develop them to the same depth, and they should not pretend to.

About NextGen

What actually makes it different

Every school tells parents it is the best. The claim is worthless because everyone makes it. What can be examined is the system behind the claim — and ours is written down, link by link, from the principle to a single Tuesday-morning lesson.

  1. A written philosophyWhat we believe, published rather than implied.
  2. Five pillarsThe same five words in every classroom and every parent meeting.
  3. A protected planning daySaturday belongs to the teachers. Students are off.
  4. A level-wise prompt cardNursery and Matric are not the same problem, so they do not get the same card.
  5. A handwritten one-page planEight fixed headings, written by hand for every lesson. Printing the AI output is not accepted.
  6. Peer review and signatureA partner teacher checks it against a six-point checklist. An unsigned plan is not complete.
  7. Monthly tests and a monthly PTMThe outward check that planning is reaching children.

Break any link and the framework becomes decoration. That is why every link is written down and checked, rather than left to good intentions.

How the Saturday system works

Questions parents ask

Is education at Shaheen Public School really free?

Yes. The School is affiliated with the Punjab Education Foundation, and the monthly per-child fee is paid to the School by PEF and the Government of Punjab. There is no admission fee and no tuition fee. One complete set of textbooks is provided free once per academic year.

Which classes does the School teach?

Playgroup, Nursery and Prep through to Class 10. Classes 9 and 10 are registered with BISE Multan as private candidates, with the School handling the registration process.

What documents are needed for admission?

Attested CNIC copies of both parents, two passport-size photographs of the student with a plain blue background, a photocopy of the child’s NADRA B-Form, an active WhatsApp number and one emergency contact number.

What is the uniform?

Boys wear a white qameez with a chocolate-coloured shoulder patti and white shalwar. Girls wear a white qameez with a chocolate-coloured shalwar and dopatta.

Why is the School closed for students on Saturday?

Saturday is the teachers’ preparation day. Staff attend and students do not. Teachers prepare every lesson of the coming week in writing, review each other’s plans, and meet the Principal at assembly. The day was already a working day; what changed is the use it is put to.

How do parents follow their child’s progress?

Through the monthly test system, the official WhatsApp alerts, and the Parent-Teacher Meeting held at the end of every month. Attendance at the monthly PTM is compulsory.

Is corporal punishment used?

No. It is prohibited absolutely, in compliance with the Punjab Prohibition of Corporal Punishment Act, 2018. Discipline is maintained through graded steps set out in the Code of Conduct.

Admissions are open
