There is no admission fee and no tuition fee at Shaheen Public School. The monthly per-child fee is paid to the School by the Punjab Education Foundation and the Government of Punjab.

No admission slip or registration number is issued until the file is complete.
- Attested photocopy of the father’s CNIC.
- Attested photocopy of the mother’s CNIC.
- Two recent passport-size photographs of the student, plain blue background.
- Photocopy of the child’s NADRA-issued B-Form.
- An active WhatsApp number belonging to a parent or guardian.
- One emergency contact number, different from the WhatsApp number where possible.
- For a transfer, the School Leaving Certificate from the previous school.
The four stepsچار مراحل
- Collect the documentsThe list above. Incomplete files cannot be processed.
- Come to the School officeOr message us on WhatsApp first and we will confirm seat availability for the class.
- Class placementBy age for Playgroup, Nursery and Prep. For a transfer, the previous certificate plus a short assessment in Urdu, English and Mathematics.
- RegistrationThe admission slip and registration number are issued, and the student is entered on the PEF enrolment record.

Keeping the placeنشست برقرار رکھنا
Free enrolment depends on verified attendance. The Government of Punjab conducts periodic physical verification of enrolled students, and a student absent at the time of a verification visit may be removed from the enrolment record under PEF policy. Regular attendance is a condition of the place, not only an academic preference.

Boys: white qameez with a chocolate-coloured shoulder patti, white shalwar.
Girls: white qameez, chocolate-coloured shalwar and dopatta.
Shaheen NextGen Schoolنیکسٹ جنریشن
NextGen is privately funded and is not covered by the PEF arrangement. Its admission terms and fee structure are issued separately — read about NextGen or ask the office.
