Founder & PrincipalFounded the School and leads the Saturday preparation day personally. Takes one principle of the educational framework at assembly every week, and draws three lesson plans at random each week to read.

Every teacher attends the Saturday preparation day, writes a one-page plan for every lesson she teaches, and has that plan checked and signed by a partner teacher.

Applying to teach here
Subject test, a demonstration lesson with a real class, and an interview covering discipline and child protection. Saturday attendance and written lesson planning are conditions of employment.
