Records are not shared with any third party except where required by PEF, the Government of Punjab, BISE Multan or another competent authority, or with the written consent of the parent.
Photographs and social mediaتصاویر
The School may photograph students during activities and events and use the material on its official pages and website. A parent who does not wish this may submit a written opt-out to the Principal’s Office at any time; it is honoured for all future material.
Reviewing your child’s recordریکارڈ دیکھنے کا حق
A parent may request to review the record held in respect of their child by submitting a written request to the Principal’s Office.

Version: Academic Session 2025–26. The School may amend this policy at the start of a new academic session, or earlier where a change in Government or PEF policy requires it. Amendments are notified to parents on the official WhatsApp channel.
